Sydney Holzworth

Sydney Holzworth, Recruiting Specialist, began her career in 2020. After gaining early experience in medical recruiting, she joined Lutz and quickly grew into a key member of the HR team. 

Driving talent acquisition across the firm, Sydney leads experienced and campus recruiting efforts with a people-first mindset. At Lutz, we believe our people are what set us apart, and Sydney plays a key role in shaping the future of that team. She manages internship programs for the Accounting, Financial, Tech, Data Analytics, and Marketing departments, carefully designing each experience to reflect the firm’s culture and values. Her strong relationships with university faculty and her presence on campus help keep Lutz connected to emerging talent. Whether working with candidates or hiring leaders, she focuses on finding the best fit for both the individual and Lutz, helping to build a workforce where people can thrive long-term. 

Sydney lives in Omaha, NE, with her fiancé and their dog, Maeve. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys cheering on the Huskers, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, traveling, going to the lake in the summer, and taking Maeve for walks.
