Ron Nebbia, Consulting Shareholder, began his career in 1985. With nearly four decades of experience, he has been instrumental in shaping Lutz's growth and culture, serving on the firm's board of directors for 20 years and executive committee for 25 years.

Leveraging his talent for seeing the big picture, Ron specializes in helping clients make strategic decisions that drive long-term success. His focus spans industries such as manufacturing and distribution, real estate, and technology, where he makes the complex simple to provide practical, actionable advice. He values the opportunity to help clients see beyond immediate obstacles and position themselves for future growth.

At Lutz, Ron’s strategic vision has played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the firm’s Financial, M&A, Talent, and Tech divisions. As President of these divisions, Ron is known for his ability to inspire new service offerings and mentor emerging leaders. His contributions to the firm’s direction have been instrumental in maintaining Lutz’s innovative edge. His contributions extend beyond Lutz, influencing the broader accounting profession. This impact was recognized in 2024 when he received the John Connor Family Award from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's School of Accountancy for his contributions to the College of Business.

Ron lives in Waterloo, NE, with his wife Amy and their two large dogs, who are known to make office appearances during tax season. Outside the office, you will find him spending time with family, traveling, and cheering on the Huskers.
