Lutz's culture is what primarily attracted me to start working here full-time after my internships. You are encouraged to be yourself here, and everyone is friendly and inviting. It's great being able to be the same person at work that I am at home.

While it sounds cliché, "work hard, play hard" really does describe Lutz. We all work to provide the best service to our clients and strive for efficiency, but at the end of the day, we are all friends and like to have fun together.
